Eco, a unique character, invites you to dinner in her shack. Through a series of metamorphoses, she unfolds her story: a visceral tale in multiple episodes where desire and violence intertwine. Through a gallery of feminine figures, the narrative comes to life in a multiplebodied form, a chimeric being with shifting contours.

Biography

Oriane Lautel is a hybrid circus creator and performer. She learned to sew while earning a diploma in costume design and explored academic research at the Sorbonne Nouvelle. It was at the École Supérieure des Arts du Cirque that she discovered the body as a machine.

Now based in Brussels, she weaves these skills together to create spectacular projects, and develops a carnal and radical relationship with the stage. In 2022, she co-created her first indoor circus show with Camille Granger, Le Cri du bombyx. This project is part of a research process begun in 2016 with Anarchitecture, focusing on the deconstruction of the apparatus and the non-virtuoso circus gesture.
