Acrobatics, knife-throwing, theater
Le repos du guerrier is a solo which offers an inner perspective (with a touch of irony), on the path of a circus artist. We see a knife thrower-acrobat who tries to re-enact his professional career. A one-man show, a bit crazy, in which we find this form of “joyful iconoclasm” that is so unique in Edouard’s work.
Trained at the Lido in Toulouse, Édouard Peurichard is a multifaceted circus artist (knife thrower, amateur film maker, teacher) and the founder of La Supérette.
He co-created Dans ma chambre with Cie MMFF, wrote and performed the solo piece Le repos du guerrier and Nous on n’a rien vu venir, a participatory duo. With Cécile Morelle, he codirected La trouée and La souterraine. He is currently developing two projects: Livré pour vous (2026) and Il y a bien eu un futur, a migratory circus fiction.
